While the most important thing to doggie.designs is taking care of your pets, we are also a business with costs. We expect our clients to respect our time, and notify us immediately if they cannot make an appointment or are going to be late.
Latenesses:
We closely book our appointments with overlaps in order to efficiently complete safe grooms, without rushing ourselves and your pets. Arrivals more than 10 minutes past your appointment time will incur a fee of $1 per 2 minutes, per pet, whether you notify us of impending lateness or not.
Cancellations:
Please give us the courtesy of cancelling your appointment at least 24 hours ahead of time. Our appointment booking system sends out a confirmation text exactly 48 hours before your appointment, so please utilize it as a reminder to call or message us if you cannot make it to your pet's appointment for any reason. As an appointment based business, we need time to be able to fill your slot in order to ensure our groomers and employees can be paid. More than 2 last-minute cancellations recorded on your file will cause doggie.designs LLC to request that you store your credit card in our square appointment system. We will then require a non-refundable deposit on future grooms.
No-call No-shows:
Doggie.designs has a zero-tolerance policy on no-call no-shows. After your first no-call no-show (missing your appointment without alerting your groomer), doggie.designs will require that you pay each of your next 3 grooms in full prior to scheduling. These pre-payments are non-refundable if you miss your appointment. You will also be required to store a credit card on file in case of any further issues.
One year with no latenesses, cancellations, or no-shows will allow any and all previous L/C/Ns to be ignored. This only applies for clients who continue to use doggie.designs grooming services within that year, not for clients who decide to use another grooming salon until that year is up.
